Are Orchestras Really for Everyone?

How can we be truly inclusive in mechanisms of recruitment in orchestras?

Join us for an essential discussion on the relevance of today's recruitment processes in creating a truly inclusive orchestra community.  We'll talk about driving transformational change through recruitment processes, supporting musicians from minoritised communities in the orchestra work place, being bold in making change, and safeguarding the wellbeing of applicants in orchestral recruitment.  Roger Wilson from Black Lives in Music (UK) will chair a panel to include Charlotta Kivisto (Finland) and Flynn Le Brocq (UK)
