Each Exhibitor Package includes:

• Stand setup: pre-built stand with shell scheme (2x3m or 2x2m), with partition walls between neighbouring stands
• Wall panels: white, 2,50m x 1,00m each
• Lighting: General hall lighting + 2 spotlights (80W each) per 4.5m²
• Power supply: 1kW double wall socket connected to the main power source
• Signage: 1 fascia / signboard facing the gangway, displaying organisation name and stand number (10cm aluminium beam)
• Furniture: 1 table (120cm x 80cm) and 4 chairs per stand
• Cleaning: Daily booth cleaning
• Flooring: Anthracite-coloured carpet tiles
• Admission Passes for stand employees (min. 1 per package)*

• Last Minute Exhibitor Package Prices, valid from 26 Apr: €1,250 with 2x2m stand / €1,320 with 2x3m stand.
