Exhibitor Packages
Each Exhibitor Package includes minimum one admission pass. Boost your presence by adding extra booths and passes, giving your team the right visibility at the Expo.
Booth Details
- Stand setup: pre-built stand with shell scheme (2x3m or 2x2m), with partition walls between neighbouring stands
- Wall panels: white, 2,65m x 1,00m each
- Lighting: general hall lighting + 2 LED floodlights (50W each)
- Power supply: 1kW triple wall socket (EU standard) connected to the main power source, with wiring hidden in cable channels below the panel.
- Signage: 1 double-sided fascia per booth, showing organisation name and stand number, visible from both gangway directions.
- Furniture: 1 table (140cm x 50cm) and 4 chairs per stand
- Cleaning: Daily booth cleaning
- Flooring: Anthracite-coloured carpet tiles

All prices are exclusive of VAT and do not include credit card fees.
VAT will be applied in accordance with EU regulations, the current VAT rate in Germany is 19%. Further passes can be added to the Exhibitor Package at the Third person price.
Additional booths can be added to your Exhibitor Package.
