Michelle is a musician and graduate psychologist studying for a PhD in the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Science at Loughborough University, UK. She is applying coach-athlete relationship research to the 1:1 music teacher-musician aspiring to develop evidence-based training. Michelle has worked in music and music education, designing and producing music community projects at the RNCM, going on to become a choral conductor and vocal specialist, predominantly within the Hallé.
