Heather O’Donnell

Heather O’Donnell (M.Sc.) is a psychologist, Artistic-Systemic Therapist (DGSF), and founder of TGR The Green Room. A former professional pianist whose career was disrupted by injury, she now supports clients in health recovery, professional development, and well-being. She holds degrees in Psychology (Freie Universität Berlin) and Prevention and Health Psychology (SRH Hochschule) and has certifications in Musicians’ Health and Mindfulness.

O’Donnell works with individuals facing illness, career transitions, and intercultural challenges. She also advises organizations on systemic change and leadership. She has presented at prominent conferences, including the Performing Arts Medical Association (PAMA) and European Network of Cultural Centers (ENCC). O’Donnell has lectured at institutions such as Columbia University, Cornell University, and the Eastman School of Music. Since 2024, she has served on the Board of Directors of the ENCC.
