The Concert of the Future

Exploring New Horizons in Classical Music Performance

What will the classical concert of the future look like? How can we sustain and expand audiences while balancing tradition and innovation? A recent study by music festival Heidelberger Frühling and market research institute GIM provides key insights into audience preferences and the challenges of concert formats.

It serves as a starting point for an international discussion, inviting the Classical:NEXT community to join the conversation. Through a panel discussion and open exchange, we will explore successful approaches and fresh ideas to shape the future of classical music performances.
