For far too long, the attitude of “We should do that someday” has prevailed in major institutions. But why not just start now? It’s time for a critical industry check: What future anxieties are holding us back from real change? And what is needed to truly get started? Which practical examples offer hope? We must also remember that the classic approach of “trial and error” – experimenting and embracing failure – is often the key to lasting success.
