A window into Ibero-American classical music

RIOS Network of Orchestras and Score Catalogue, initiatives of IBERMUSICAS

Connecting orchestras and artists in Ibero-America, showcasing tools like the recently launched Ibero-American Score Catalogue to promote regional repertoire and collaboration.

We present 3 initiatives bridging Ibero-American classical music:
• RIOS (Ibero-American Symphony Orchestra Network) connects 70+ orchestras from 16 countries under the IBERMÚSICAS Program. It fosters discussions, projects, and a shared agenda for symphonic sustainability. In 2025, members will meet in person at the International Conference of Ibero-American Symphony Orchestras.
• Ibermúsicas promotes Ibero-American musical diversity, building audiences and creating opportunities. It values solidarity and regional talent, uniting creators, performers, and researchers.
• The Ibero-American Score Catalogue, launched in 2024, democratizes access to regional compositions, promoting performances globally via a free, user-friendly platform.
